Through hard work, determination, and exceptional mechanical aptitude, he quickly earned the respect of his teammates and advanced into a Foreman role. Today, Matt serves as one of our Project Managers, where he combines his hands-on field experience, natural problem-solving ability, and strong leadership skills to deliver successful projects for our customers. Having worked in the field, he understands the challenges our crews face and brings that practical knowledge and commitment to excellence to every project he manages. When Matt isn't leading projects, you'll likely find him behind the wheel of his DIRTcar Pro Late Model at Kankakee County Speedway. A two-time DIRTcar Pro Late Model Track Champion (2022 & 2023), Matt has earned a reputation as one of the area's top competitors. The same preparation, discipline, and competitive drive that have made him successful on the track are the qualities he brings to Jason Mechanical every day. Matt's journey—from apprentice to foreman, to project manager, and championship racer—is a testament to what dedication, perseverance, and passion can accomplish.
